13. FTP Server

Multi-users can access to the Playon!DVR

(FTP Server) at the same time.

You can use your Playon!DVR

as a FTP server to upload / download files.

In order to use this feature, you need to connect your Playon!DVR

to a router and do [Port Forwarding /

Port number: 21] or [DMZ Server] on the router. For more information on how to setup [Port Forwarding],

please refer to your router manual.

On your Playon!DVR

, you need to set up the following;

-. IP Address: Assign a fixed IP address to your Playon!DVR

-. Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0

-. Default Gateway: Key in the IP address of your router

(If your router is using a dynamic IP address then you need to enable DDNS function).
